Once you define what it means to be who God made you to be and do what He’s calling you to do, it becomes much easier to evaluate whether your current role truly fits.

For years, I was driven by two things: significance and security. They showed up in the false identity I had adopted, the need to be “the admired, responsible one.”

Without deeper intentionality and only a partial view of God’s purpose for my life, that identity became my only sense of purpose.

It was hard to hear God clearly in my career decisions when my vision was clouded by the self-imposed pressure to solve the world’s problems (and the problems of everyone around me), and the desire to be admired for doing it well.

But once I began to anchor my identity in who God says I am, and understand how that identity intersects with my giftings, my experiences, and His greater mission, I experienced extraordinary freedom and purpose, and God started using me to make a real impact.

This is why I created this program, to help begin to do the same.
